Last year, we relocated almost all panels to the Holiday Inn, and we recognized that for some, this would have affected their hotel choice. We apologize for the suddenness of that decision and for any inconvenience it caused.

Traditionally, Zenkaikon is still in the process of finalizing its layout as late as January before the convention. While ideally we would have this finalized well in advance, we often receive specifications from contractors, partners, and the limitations of spaces themselves, which result in a lot of last-minute changes. This is compounded by the fact that we don’t have anyone working full-time on the convention; it’s all done on weekends and late nights.

As always, our goal is to give our attendees the best experience possible. So this year, we’ve worked diligently to put together a preliminary draft of the layout, which we believe should be stable. While we cannot guarantee that everything remains the same, we will do our best to prevent any surprises and over-communicate any changes that occur.

We want you to have as much information as possible when making your decision about which hotel to book. Below, you will find our current space allocations as of September 28, 2025.
