2026 Update

Since we had such a great response to the event last year, we’ll be keeping the same format. Each day will feature a two-part session, and you’re welcome to participate in as many or as few as you’d like. As with last year, table sharing will still be available. 

Please be sure to sign up for each session you plan to attend. This is sign-up only. No at-con walk-ins will be accepted. If you do not have enough items to require a table, you are free to walk in with a few items to swap and no pre-registration is necessary. Please note that carts and large bags of items are not permitted.

Rules

Do you have some really cool and beautiful things you have too many of or no longer need? Or maybe you’ve purchased a grab bag of items and only want a few of the things in it? Bring them to the annual Zenkaikon Swap Meet! Come swap for what you’ve got!

Gently used items such as comic books, DVDs, figurines, plushies, dishware, manga, bags, clothing, keychains, art, buttons, pins, books, and more make great items to bring. No money exchanges hands – swap an item for an item only!

Swap Meet Rules:

• • You are not allowed to advertise other events during the swap meet. If you do it once, we’ll kindly ask you to stop. If it happens again, we’ll have to ask you to leave.

• • All deals are final.

• • You are responsible for your items. Please keep an eye on them.

• • No money exchanges hands during the Swap Meet. An item for an item only.

• • No personal information exchanges such as social media, email, phone numbers, or addresses, please.

• • Keep all items PG-13 or under. If you are not sure about an item, it’s best to leave it at home.

• • Anyone under 13 who wishes to trade at the Swap Meet must be accompanied by an adult.

• • Be respectful. If someone declines your deal, thank them and move on. Please do not harass a trader for an item.

• • If someone asks about the item’s condition, please be upfront with any gentle defects or if the item has been opened from its container.

• • Please do not bring any of the following items to the Swap Meet for swapping: weapons, fake weapon cosplay props, chemicals, explosives, bullets, food and/or drink, bootleg items, coupons (or coupon codes), gift cards, or homemade CDs/DVDs.

• • Zenkaikon reserves the right to determine if an item is unsuitable for the Swap Meet.
