Zenkaikon at Philcon 2013!

Zenkaikon is happy to once again be assisting with the Anime Track at Philcon 2013 - a local science fiction, fantasy, and horror convention taking place on November 8-10, 2013!  We’re working with awesome panelists from both Philcon and Zenkaikon to help put together an exciting and educational program of anime and manga-themed panels, and thanks to our friends at Aniplex and Sentai Filmworks, there will be some great screenings as well!

Zenkaikon 2014 Panel Application Now Available!

Want to run a panel or workshop at Zenkaikon 2014? We're happy to announce that the panel and workshop application for Zenkaikon 2014 is now available! Apply to host a panel about anime, comics, gaming, Japanese culture, cosplay, science fiction, and more! Standard panel submissions will close on January 1, 2014. We look forward to seeing all your great ideas!

Dealer Registration Open

Dealer registration is currently open for Zenkaikon 2014.  We have a limited number of dealer spaces available for our 2014 event and are currently accepting applications.  The most important factor in evaluating applications will be merchandise mix, so please provide a clear description of your goods with a link to a web site or online gallery if available.

Zenkaikon is pleased to welcome NY Times bestselling author, multiple Bram Stoker Award winner, and Marvel Comics freelancer Jonathan Maberry! Jonathan's novels include Extinction Machine, Fire & Ash, Ghost Road Blues, Patient Zero, and many others. Forthcoming books include a new mystery-thriller young adult series, Watch Over Me, scheduled to debut in 2014; a middle-grade science-fiction horror series, The Nightsiders, and the first in a new series of adventure fantasies inspired by the Deadlands role-playing game. His nonfiction books include Ultimate Jujutsu, The Cryptopedia, Zombie CSU, Wanted Undead or Alive, and others. Jonathan’s award-winning teen novel, Rot & Ruin, is now in development for film.
