Zenkaikon 2020 Cancellation
Given the local news regarding COVID-19, the recent statement from the Governor of Pennsylvania, and to ensure everyone’s safety, we are announcing that Zenkaikon 2020 is now cancelled.
We know many of our prospective attendees will be disappointed by this decision. We are disappointed too. Our volunteer staff has spent thousands of hours to make this event happen, and to make it safe for our attendees. But given the current reports coming out about this virus, we agree that it is no longer safe to hold the event. We would hate to put our members, staff, exhibitors, panelists, guests, and the greater Lancaster community at risk.
Anyone who purchased a membership for Zenkaikon 2020, or bought an artist alley or dealers room table, will be refunded in the coming weeks. Given the amount of refunds that will need to be processed, we kindly ask for your patience. If you would prefer us to rollover your membership to Zenkaikon 2021 in lieu of a refund, you may use this form to make the request.
We ask you to support the independent artists, vendors, and special guests who are losing income with this cancellation. We will try to highlight them on our social media over the coming weeks. If you are local to Lancaster County, we also ask you to remember local businesses who may also be hurting.
We thank you all for all of your support over the years, and for your understanding in this very difficult time. We wish you health and safety, and hope to see you in Lancaster on March 19-21, 2021 for Zenkaikon 2021.
