Philly Otaku 1st Halloween Masquerade

The Philly Otaku is holding a Halloween Masquerade on this coming Friday 10/31 at The Substop on 109 N 9th St from 6-10p.

Of course everyone is invited (cosplay is optional but highly encouraged.) The only requirement is for anyone attending to RSVP so that they know how much to prepare.

About 40 minute drive..hmm, i have no plans for Halloween as of right now..I'll have to ask around to see if anyone around here is planning anything. If not (or if I dont want to go) I'll probably come check this out =P
