THE ROOM
I've got a room Fri (Check in 3pm)-SUN (check out 11am) at the Radission, and then one for Sun (3pm) and Mon (11am). Due to weridness with the Zkon Room Block and... funstuff.

They have a shuttle (for whatever the need be). It's Free. It leaves every hour from 11am-11pm, on the hour. It travels up to 5 miles from the hotel. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11pm. Those who are planning to stay late for Sunday Night MUST pack up/clean before hand. Yes, you may stay all three nights. I'll work partial costs out with you at a later date, supposing you just want to stay Saturday night and you will be leaving on Sunday after the con (man, how DARE you do that to your transportation! That'll be like, 3 in the morning, or LATER! D: XD).

Those planning to stay with me MUST either pay me in ADVANCE, via the payment methods described below, or meet up with me on FRIDAY NIGHT (between 3pm and 7pm), or first thing SATURDAY and pay their part up front. Or no crash space.

For those of you who will need to frequently get up to the room to change costume, for the masquerade and such. I will be giving out my cellphone #. If you can't find me, just find someone with a cellphone who has texting and just hit me up with a message. I'll either give you a room key, or go with you. Not that I don't trust you all, but I'm paranoid. PLUS, THE BUDDY SYSTEM NEVER FAILS.

And for the sake of looking unsuspicious, I will ask that when you arrive, if you have a phone with texting/calling capabilities on you, call or text me FIRST. I will come down and collect you or tell you the room number. Please arrive anytime after 3pm on Friday.

If you arrive on Saturday, call/text me, I will find you/tell you where I'm at and take you to the room/give you a key card and allow you to drop off your stuff. YOU MUST RETURN THE KEY CARD TO ME.

Planning a little early for next year? Rofl! ^.^

Obviously it's best to plan early. The hotel may or may not accept reservations this far out. But you can always try. Zenkaikon may explore the possibility of a discount room block at the Radisson next year, so stayed tuned to the forums or the con website for more news on that front. The con needs to figure out how many rooms were booked for the convention itself. Wouldn't be surprised if we see an announcement for a room block for next year, but we need to wait and see what develops first.
